There are a lot of pressure to be perfect. You have to be rich as young as possible. You have to be accepted in one of those ivy league. You must own super car. You keep comparing yourself to others. And It’s unhealthy. It causes anxiety.

Your anxiety isn’t fact. It’s the way you think about the world. Everyone has different journey. You don’t have to be same to others. Kylie Jenner might be successful at early twenty. But you can succeed at fourty. Every person has different start. You stuck at twenty, it doesn’t mean the end. Think about it every time you have anxiety.

These are some tips you can try, how to deal with anxiety.

  1. Have an earthy vacation

Vacation doesn’t have to be fancy. Start with simple traveling. Visit long-time-no-see friend, it can be great idea. Sitting on the park is healing. Catching sunrise or waiting sunset can diminish anxiety.

Remember sunshine is free. You don’t have to pay for that. You don’t need a reason to be happy. Hapiness is free.

2. Focus on something good in your life

I don’t have something good in my life. Don’t believe on that. There must be something good in you. Maybe it’s your sincere smile, your beautiful smile. No one born with all bad thing. There is something good in your life, but sometimes you refuse to see it. It’s clouded by bad people judgement.

3. You are good enough!

when someone judge you, it doesn’t mean you are bad. It means they don’t see your good side. It cause severe anxiety. Not everyone will understand you. And that’s okay. Staying positive in negative situation will train your brain to see good in everything. It will program your nerve system to be happier. Less anxiety and less worry.

4. Let go something you can’t control

The world is full unexpected thing. By embracing uncontrollable fold, it will make you stronger. By letting what you can’t control, it will help you sleep better. Unexpected thing such as rejection is disheartening . But sometimes, Rejection can mean protection. Because you deserve something better.
