Bali is something that everybody craves. Nature and friendly neighborhoods we can’t forget. The hot Kuta, the exotic Canggu, the cultured Ubud, and the peaceful Kintamani. Every place will tell different feelings. Plenty of beautiful resorts, hotels, and villas you can try. Some of them might be overpriced. But some places are worth trying. These are some recommendations for villas, hotels, and resorts you can consider.
“Bali is a wonderful destination. Beautiful nature and friendly people are unforgettable !”
The best month to visit Bali is April. The rainy season usually starts in August but it can change. Before visiting Bali don’t forget to prepare everything well, especially the place you will leave.
- Kaamala Honeymoon Resort

Are you in Bali for a honeymoon? So many places you can visit to make your honeymoon special. Beach is usual. What about a honeymoon in the middle of the jungle? Kaamala Resort is located in the heart of Ubud area. It’s peaceful and elegant. Kaamala is around the monkey forest. Sometimes naughty monkeys can visit your room. Kaamala has a few types of rooms. One bedroom with private pool and forest view room. The price starts from $200 per night including breakfast. The breakfast menu includes Indonesian and western food. Indonesian food such as fried rice, nasi campur Bali, etc. Western food such as avocado on toast, and burritos. My favorite is the big English breakfast package. What’s unique about this resort. We can enjoy breakfast on wild air Ubud along with an infinity jungle pool. Kaamala is perfect for newly wedded couples. The room is cozy with a bathtub, smart tv, and wood-texture decoration.
2. Kastara Resort

Kastara Resort is a hidden gem in Ubud, Bali. Located in a secluded area of Ubud Kastara is a new resort you can consider on your honeymoon bucket list. What’s unique about Kastara is their interior and exterior design. Stone bali craft design as interior. There is a wood ship deck at the restaurant, so you can have a romantic dinner on set with a jungle view. Cozy room with a stone craft bathtub at the room terrace. Private bathroom within room. Breakfast menu is casual western food with croissant packages, pancakes, omelette and some Indonesian dishes. If you want to buy menu variations, it’s a little bit away from the mall. But there’s wyah cafe you can try and some other small coffee shops. But overall, Kastara Resort is very good for a honeymoon.
3. Dedary Resort Ubud

Honeymoon at bali village, Dhedary villa you can visit. Dedary is designed for honeymoon from the interior. Every room has a private pool, bathtub and small garden inside the room. But the minus point is the complicated way to reach villa. You must have a motorcycle and good skill to drive or you can have a private driver. And it’s away from the grocery store. Breakfast menu is limited to western food. But you can ask for a floating breakfast with a specific menu. City life is tiresome, but Dedary resort can heal you and it’s pretty good for a honeymoon.
4. Legian Beach Hotel

Located in front of the beach view, Legian beach has a unique jungle concept. Hotel with a resort concept, it has many types of rooms. Family type with more than one room. You can enjoy forest theme in your room and Legian beach view at restaurant or at breakfast time. Early morning or sunset is the perfect time.
5. CLV Hotel

Mountain and Bedugul lake view is something special about CLV hotel. Located near Bedugul temple will make it easy to stroll. CLV hotel has some types of rooms. Single room or villa type. The room is simple. but the view from the second floor of villa is beautiful. Sandwich breakfast from CLV Hotel is my favorite.
